I wanted to let you know our feelings about the Utility Shield™, Hot water jacket, and Spa 2001. I know it has been a while since we had it installed but I wanted to see if there was proof that the products worked. Well we have the proof. I just wanted to thank you for inviting us to the Utility Shield™ presentation. I was impressed with the presentation and the visual aids. I was skeptical at first because there are so many gimmicks going around but I am glad that I purchased the Utility Shield. The installers did an excellent job and were very courteous. The following day I could tell my home felt a lot cooler, and spots in my home that had been hotter than others were now cooler also. I received my previous months power bill; all the more reason to purchase. I am excited about receiving my power bill to see if it reflects a savings but if it does not I am still satisfied because of the comfort level I have in my home now. Before installation, I would set my thermostat to 73 degrees when I left for work in the mornings, and when I came home in the evenings, my thermostat would be on 78-81 degrees! Now I keep my thermostat set on 75 degrees and the highest I have seen it go to is 76-77 degrees! I know this for a fact because a couple of months ago I installed a Hunter digital thermostat. I had to find something to help control the comfort of my home because we have no trees to shade our house from the sun. I am so impressed with the difference that I must have told 100 or more people and they seem real interested. Thanks again.

In May of 2003 Larry and I had the Utility Shield™ installed in our home. I am quite pleased with the results. What I like most about the product is the fact that we've been able to open the doors throughout our house. When we built the house, we planned it so we could close off three bedrooms and the upstairs game room when our children and grand children were not visiting. When the family came home, we would turn the two extra a/c units on and open all of the doors. Now we leave all of the doors open all of the time and run the extra a/c units only a small amount of the time when we have guests. I'm so pleased.
